It is so easy to fall out of routine of working out and eating right. I feel so blah right now! I staying in my calories yesterday and the day before but didn't workout. I feel bad not because I had to workout and didn't but because I miss the feeling after a good walk or a day of lots of movement! I will do a walk today and get some cleaning done and I'm actually looking forward to it! I want a more active lifestyle and actually crave it! It's funny how I have changed in such a short amount of time! I would avoid movement like the plague and now I'm craving it!! I know that I'm going to be prone to sitting around more then moving so I'll always have to put in effort but the pay off of moving is greater then sitting!! I now don't just want to do right I need to do right to be happy! I love this change!
