My Points - HLC Challenge

I am in a new challenge with my team ~30 Something w/100+ pounds to Lose. I am in the 'Getting Ready for Spring HLC' challenge on team Shamrock! Each week we have challenges. In order for me to keep track of myself, I am going to try to keep tabs on everything in a blog or three...

This blog is where I am keeping track of all my points earned. I used to keep a paper journal, in past challenges, but this seems to much easier...

All-Team Weekly Challenges:
Week 1: 100 points
Goal-setting
Week 2: 10+10+10+10+10+10+10=70 points
Do at least 10 minutes of activity daily
Week 3: 15+15+15+15+15+15+15=105 points
Track Food, 10 pts/day. Extra 5 pts/day for staying w/in calorie range.
Week 4: 5+3+5+2+1=16
Sets in strength training
Week 5: 0+0+
Support team/teammates
