5% Winter Challenge Committment

This will be the month I can look back on and say....THAT'S WHEN MY LIFE BEGAN TO CHANGE FOR THE BETTER! emoticon

I plan to take part in all Countdown Assignments to develop my plan for success, stay accountable and be a great teammate. emoticon I will be on the constant lookout for ways to improve my health and feel better about myself. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon I want this to be a lasting change.

emoticon My 5% challenge will be to lose 10.6lbs. I'm so excited as I fully believe this is a doable mission in 8 weeks!

For exercise, I plan to use my Leslie Sansone DVDs, emoticon starting with 10 minutes per day/6 days per week and increasing 5+minutes weekly until I reach the point of completion of the workout on the DVD.

My diet will be the renal diet for dialysis patients. I'm limited to 32oz of fluid a day and this will be a challenge in itself....but I can do it! This diet is low sodium/high protein/low phosphorus/low potassium. The junk food is gone from our home and hubby is supporting me in this as well. emoticon This will make it a bit easier as I won't have to cook for two different lifestyles.

I will record my exercise minutes, Living the Good Life points and record my weekly weigh in.

I am committed to connecting with my team emoticon and taking on the Challenge in a way that will make me proud of my contribution and my teammates proud to have me as well. I will be supportive of my teammates, encouraging as needed and giving swift kicks when needed as well as accepting the swift kicks when I need them emoticon
