A blur of busy errands and family coming into town as well as superbowl party-and bad eating.

Tomorrow I'm going to forget the weekend and just continue on-I'd like to focus on weights and DRINKING WATER I swear I think I'm just dehydrated from years of not drinking enough water I feel like I'm catching up from high school which I graduated in 2001...

    Having a couple days off won't kill you. Will you see it on the scale? Possibly. But just like you said- get right back to it. Wallowing in despair and continuing to be unhealthy won't get you anywhere for sure!

    It's amazing how we need the water especially when we actually start drinking it. I feel off when I don't quite get my quota. Sounds like you had a fun weekend - good for you.
