Still frustrated

Another weekly weigh in and only 0.5 lbs lost. Now sitting at 122.25 lbs,
Was good at sticking to calorie range last week and did my usual 4 x 55 mind classes.
Thinking maybe interval training might be a way to mix it up. I hear you can burn more calories in short sharp burst like that than in an hour long class?
Going for health check at gym before class tomorrow and going to get instructor to try and point me towards a different and better plan for me.
I know I've lost 94 lbs at one stage and now that's 86 lbs lost with the holiday gain and I shouldn't complain but since May 2011 when I started out I've been used to getting the results.

    That is an awesome amount of weight. Someday I will be able to say that. You are an inspiration. Maybe that small amount of weight didn't seem enough for one week but look how far you have come! you should be bursting with pride! I would be jumping for joy. People will read what you have done and it will give them hope. Have a great day. Pam

    Don't panic. You've done so amazingly well. I understand from friends that maintaining is a whole new ballgame, and maybe you just have to find your zone. Might take a little while? (Not an experience I've ever had, btw, maintenance!) You're quite inspiring! emoticon
