Another weekly weigh in and only 0.5 lbs lost. Now sitting at 122.25 lbs,
Was good at sticking to calorie range last week and did my usual 4 x 55 mind classes.
Thinking maybe interval training might be a way to mix it up. I hear you can burn more calories in short sharp burst like that than in an hour long class?
Going for health check at gym before class tomorrow and going to get instructor to try and point me towards a different and better plan for me.
I know I've lost 94 lbs at one stage and now that's 86 lbs lost with the holiday gain and I shouldn't complain but since May 2011 when I started out I've been used to getting the results.
