I saw this and thought it rather comical...but I really was bent over after my one mile jog this morning. But yet in still it felt
..and I loved the way running felt..I wanna do it again not sure when but it's one of my goals for 2013 so it has to get done
Monday...this was.a.challenge in that I love my meat but not so MUCH of a challenge that I couldnt do it but they made it so hard at work...for those that don't know I work at Chili's and we are featuring our new food...ta dah...

and that I did...woohoo
So my meatless monday was:breakfast ...egg omelet with spinach and tomatoes and wheat toast.
Snacks today were....bananas,strawberries,g
rapefruit(yum love this stuff)
Lunch was...strawberry egg white protein shake with two medium bananas,cup of strawberries,cup of pineapple, and cup of blueberries with almond milk(yummy goodiness)
Big snack....shakeology shake with
and almond butter w/almond milk
Dinner....cheese ravioli w/marinara sauce and tomato basil soup sprinkled with parmesan cheese(delish)
So happy to report I did indeed survive my first full mile jog and meatless Monday and I lived to tell about it
...wasn't so bad..just not in a hurry for next Monday to get here :)
