Today's Gratitude List at We Love Gratitude ~
Today has been a pretty decent day overall. I've felt nearly normal all day (which is saying something with the crazy roller coaster weather Chicago has been having these past few weeks!) and had a great morning at the gym with my dad.
It felt good to just take my time and ride the exercise bike for 45 minutes total, then since I had some time to spare I managed to do 4 of my favorite weight machines as well which felt really good. I focused on my abs & obliques (aka love handles) and my triceps which is what I'll plan to do every other day because those are the areas I need to strengthen the most - especially my core. I like the abdominal crunch machine and really like the torso twist! That one felt so good to do! Wow!
Well, it's late and I'm getting tired so it's off to bed I go! Good Night & Sweet Dreams SparkFriends!!
