Weight Loss Diaries!!

Dear beautiful people,

So this is my first time on spark people, I use to be on spark teens but although I am 19 I am to old for that now! I am the classic case of yo-yo dieting ive lost a lot and gained more back to many times to count! But this time I've changed my way of thinking I don't want to lose weight to be "Skinny" I want to get rid of the weight because I want to be healthy. Now I will never be certain at what weight I will be most comfortable with but I want to be comfortable in my own skin maybe when I get to 150 or 140 I will be comfortable because I am tall but my ultimate goal weight right now is 135.5!
So my starting weight in January was 245.5
current weight for Feb 4th is 241.0 so that is a total weight loss of 4.5 pounds! YAY ME!

But I woke up today thinking it was time for a real change so I got up had a healthy breakfast and worked out for a good hour and a half! I drank nothing but water and I want to live everyday like this I feel positive and motivated!!

So people let the games begin!

    Congratulations on your weight loss!!! Sounds like you have had a great start! Keep going, it does get easier the more you make it a routine.
