Today I did cardio...Kelly Coffey Meyers 30 minute Fitness Cardio Quick Fix #2....LOVED IT!
lets just say I was drenched when I was done and it was only 30 minutes! Awesome workout!!
Today I still had to watch the fiber in take. Ate some cream of wheat and that tasted good...don't like it with water but with milk it was yummie
hopefully soon I will be able to eat what my body needs to lose weight.
But at least I can workout again!!!!!!!!
