I got some well needed rest. So the day started off ok. I was able to get 4 meals in today which was GREAT! List of to do's were almost completed except the last two. Paperwork, and the GYM!
Tae Bo Monday's are great. I missed the class and the gym all together. Thank goodness I have the squat challenge going on so I don't feel so bad.
I'm very surprised at my progress thus far. This is only my second day in the challenge and I caught up to everyone today. Not only that! I was able to do the amount of squats for the day in one shot!!!! Today I did 75 squats around 5pm and 85 squats just now! I'm so pleased with myself. I know I will feel it tomorrow, but that is ok. It's a rest day.
I will get my weight and spinning in tomorrow for sure. 1,000 calories is my goal tomorrow. I know I can do it!
