Starting over and over and over and ..........

Monday, February 04, 2013

Is this a nightmare? Is this my own groundhog day?

I seem to be starting over everyday! I love food!

But I gotta get a handle on it. Starting to read the book "Intuitive Eating" tonight! Hoping there will be something in there that clicks and opens up some ideas for dealing with my food addiction.

But for now, I will continue on every day is a new day!

Something good is bound to happen one of these days.......

And I have to remember all the wonderful friends I have made on this journey!!

And I always remember........

Starting over every day may just be you saying "$(%&#, I wasn't perfect yesterday." But, do you need to give yourself credit for doing better than you used to? I think it's a progression. Pick a couple small things to be 100% on for now and do the best you can with the rest.

(I like to think I'm one of those friends.) emoticon

Everyday is a new day to do things well and to make good choices. Once we teach ourselves to be healthy each day should get easier.
