So I suppose now that I'm trying to really get back into weight loss, it's time to catch folks up.
I've gained a new job and about 10 pounds in the past 6 months. I'm still below where I started (just barely), but not happy with the way I look. Something about working 50+ hour weeks leave little time for eating healthy, and even less time for the gym. I'm fighting the way I look, and hating it.
It's not that I've stopped working out; I've been doing pole fitness classes 2-3 times a week, and I love it. But the local gym closing for renovations means I haven't been stopping by (they've been closed since Nov and are due to open soon). The nearest open one is just far enough to make it easy to make excuses. So I've made a lot of excuses.
It's time for me to buckle down, stop eating like crap, exercise more, and generally get into awesome shape. One day down, 25 pounds to go.
