I specifically entered the challenge this time as a Daisy to ensure I get back on track with good eating and consistent strength training.
My goals are simple and tie in with my yearly goals:
- Establish a twice weekly (baseline) strength training program
- Cook or bake once a week
- Establish 30 minutes daily exercise on off-days from running
I'm going to work towards clean eating and higher protein in my diet.
I would like to get back to more strength and leanness which will help my running.
