Have you heard the phrase "holding your feet to the fire?",
Well, that is what I am asking you to do....BURN MY FEET!
I need people to PUSH ME, and I promise to try and PUSH BACK!
I need to FEEL the fire on my feet, I need to be uncomfortable enough to MOVE!
Our challenge this week was to post some workout songs that get us moving. Well, one favorite for me is a song by MERCY ME called MOVE! The lyrics are about keeping our eyes on God and not giving up...but how true it felt to me on this journey as well.

I understand the desire, I often feel the flame...but sometimes I need to be pushed outside my comfort zone.
I am tired of letting myself be held back by pain, when I know there are things I CAN do. I'm tired of excuses ruling me.
Push me and I will try to push you. Pull me and I will try to pull you.
I'm haven't been all that consistent lately, but I WANT to be.
Come along and BURN MY FEET! Hold me accountable. Don't listen to my excuses. Don't let me slide.
