Things feel better today :)

I got to go to the gym today and instead of getting on the treadmill (which I did at first but then after 15 minutes decided to get off) I ran the track. I was so happy when I completed 2.25 miles in under 30 minutes! It was an awesome feeling! I got 2 hours in at the gym then came home and since it felt like a nice Spring day I walked to the store too so for the day Im at 3 hours! I felt tired after that but I sat with a friend for a few minutes which was perfect because it gave me my second wind and I was able to make dinner, clean the house and get 4 kids into bed lol

Thank you everyone who was here to support me during a very bad day or two! I really needed that!! emoticon

    I really do BAKER!! lol I actually have 5 but one is already 19 and moved out emoticon So now I have 4 at home. It is surreal to know I have a 19 year old and a 6 month old LOL

    Exercise sure does make us feel better, doesn't it? Just wish it wasn't so hard to get started some days. I always wonder why it's so hard to just get up and exercise when we know how good it will make us feel? Odd, isn't it? We don't do that with food...odd.

    I know the challenges you face with having 4 kids. Do you ever stop and think like "wow, I have 4 kids now"?? I have a time or two and it's just surreal. I absolutely love it!

    Yay!! Glad that you feel better today and got in a workout! We all have 'em....and the next day is a new clean slate! :-) You are doing great - just keep doing what you're doing!
