I've been able to get in at least 3 times of posting my food in a week. Now i need to find the time to look at my reports. I know i want to keep the protein high, but haven't really done that...
Did a crazy stair climb "training" session on saturday - and my old lady knees are still cranky... Think maybe i'll skip the next one and just do my own thang... Can't afford that kind of "recovery" time!
Hubby is off doing a conference, so i've had some nice me time. I had to cancel some girl friend time so i could enjoy my me time, get the bills done, sneak out during the day for some waxing, and therefore work later than normal... But i'm hair free, relaxed and ready for some good sleep!
Hoping to get in a stair climb at the gym in the morning and some yoga after work... we'll see if the planets align and let me get where i need to be!
