Saturday I had my 2nd group training session. We worked on the upper body and abs. In the weigh-in I was 4th place out of 10.
. I talked to my trainer about my heart rate. He said on the elliptical and arc trainer it is okay to have it between 130-140.
My husband and I went downtown to go out to lunch and the aquarium with my daughter, SIL & grandson. We parked at my husband's work and walked to the Old Spaghetti Factory (and I didn't have any pasta). Then we walked to the Aquarium and then back to the car. We walked @5 miles.
Sunday was my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. After church, we went to celebrate at her house.
