Did the big hill this morning.

ST: core; lower body.

    Just long does it take you to go that 8 miles??? My trail will probably be about 1 mile in length to cover the property, but it's heavy terrain in some places....just trying to get a grip on my walking goals! Keep Sparkin'!!
