Well, I've completed my 1st 4 weeks of TF. I'm not happy with my results, but that just proves I'm a work in progress. I've made it through a whole week on WW and did pretty good until this weekend. A birthday dinner out, date night, and Super Bowl... I used up all my flex points this week. I did a good job with some choices, while others were not so good. I'm at least trying and will keep trying.
I did a pretty good job with my workouts this week, but need to work harder on the weekends.
Monday- HIIT20, 30 min treadmill, 50 jumping jacks
Tuesday- Core20, 50 jumping jacks, 30 min treadmill
Wednesday- Fire45, 50 jumping jacks
Thursday- rest day
Friday- missed workout
Saturday- HIIT20, 50 jumping jacks, plank & ab challenge
Sunday- rest day
Worked out 4 days, did 4 TF rotations, 2 treadmills, and 4 days of additional calisthenics.
Took measurements/weight: +.6#'s, -1.5 inches
The next set of measurements in 4 weeks will be much better.
