Need Workout Recommendations

What is wrong with me? Am I getting bored? Today I just didn't feel like working out at all. I managed to do 10 minutes and that was it.

I know 10 minutes is better than nothing, but I'm worried that this will be the beginning of a downfall for me. Will I feel like this tomorrow? Maybe I won't even exercise at all. I really don't want that but how can I prevent it?

I have my vision board up and even though I look at it and go over what it means to me, I still didn't feel like exercising. So it has to be boredom right?

Does anyone have any recommendations for workouts that aren't too hard to learn but are fun too? I currently use my elliptical, Wii Fit & Just Dance 4.

    Thanks everyone for the input. I try to walk outside but lately the weather hasn't been too good. I did go outside for a walk today and it made me feel good. I then did a 20 minute workout when I got home. Maybe I do just need some fresh air.

My fiancÚ is going to get me Zumba for the Wii so hopefully that will help. I will look into YouTube, Pinterest and DVD's.

I am determined to find a solution.

    Maybe you can walk on trails outside. It's nice to get a change of scenery. Since you dance, maybe some zumba classes or videos? They look like so much fun!

    10 minutes is better than none! Can you take a walk anywhere if its nice out? Maybe a change of scenery and some sunshine can give you a boost.

    I do workout videos. They keep me entertained and I have a lot of them so I can easily switch it up if I get bored.

    Are you on Pintrest? I pinned a bunch of treadmill workouts... I bet there are elliptical workouts there too. (My name is Nicole Miles).

Also, I really like Chris Freytag - she has a few different workout "systems". Check out her webpage - or see if you can find any of her workouts on YouTube. One "system" I like is 10lb Slimdown.
