What is wrong with me? Am I getting bored? Today I just didn't feel like working out at all. I managed to do 10 minutes and that was it.
I know 10 minutes is better than nothing, but I'm worried that this will be the beginning of a downfall for me. Will I feel like this tomorrow? Maybe I won't even exercise at all. I really don't want that but how can I prevent it?
I have my vision board up and even though I look at it and go over what it means to me, I still didn't feel like exercising. So it has to be boredom right?
Does anyone have any recommendations for workouts that aren't too hard to learn but are fun too? I currently use my elliptical, Wii Fit & Just Dance 4.
