Hard to believe that I have been at this for 5 weeks now.
A quick recap for the month of January:
Number of workouts: 20
Number of fitness minutes: 1310
Workout Average: 65.5 minutes
Days within caloric range: 10
(AHHHHHHHHHH - I don't know if this stat is skewed or not because I changed my fitness settings halfway through the month and then days I did do better or not because the calorie changed.)
However-I'm doing SOOOO much better in tracking, I'll be able to do a lot better in regards to the nutrition bit.
Weight lost: 5 pounds! Not a bad start. Since Christmas, I can tell you that I am down 8 pounds, but since I am only counting the month of January, 5 pounds it is.
Now for the refining portion - I AM going to get strength training back on my schedule. However, I have learned I need to do it in small chunks. So, today was upper body, and we'll go from there.
