Back to work today - but with a few modifications. First, I had an egg for breakfast this morning along with my usual oatmeal. I was still pretty hungry by snack recess, but I wasn't feeling starved at lunchtime, like I usually am. So that's a plus, right there. I also switched to Greek yogurt at lunchtime, and I added more protein to my lunch than I usually get.
I still had the sugar cravings after school, but they weren't as bad. The kids and I had a couple of cookies. But I'm so proud to say that I stayed under the serving size, and didn't feel like I needed more. I'll be happy when I get to the point where I don't feel like I need it at all!
Anyway, I'm really pleased with Day 5, and I hope the rest of the challenge continues to go well!
