Had a really good week eating and weight loss wise.
However what impressed me was the weekends. I usually gain on the weekends, but not this past one. Went to dinner at family and friends house Fri, Sat, and Sun. But did really well.
My worst day was Sunday. Super bowl Sunday and had Pizza for dinner with numerous appetizers. Didn't go originally (due to kids school and wanted to relax at home) and they called to ask me to come so went.
Hopefully can stay on track.
