Our assignment #1, get ready for the 5% Winter Challenge.
*Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, work out DVD etc. ready to go? Yes, these are my everyday thing in my life style now. My treadmill is shine and well oiled. (*^^*) So I don't need any special preparation for it. It's ready to go with me.
* Next, plan on what you will do for exercise?
Currently, I am doing treadmill in the AM. used to be in PM as well, but getting lazy nowadays, but thinking about adding back on few time a week. and keep going to gym 3 time a week to mostly for use of weight macine for 30-45 min. And jump in sauna and pool. ( love the sauna, sometime whool pool too.) This is a such a treat for me, after the hard work of strength training. I think, sauna is contributing of my weight loss, by raising the heart rate and sweat. But not for sure... but it does feels good, So I will keep on going this regiment. I have quite a bit of work out DVDs, so I am plan to do some DVD work out as well as my KB work out. I've tried Michaels Jillian's yoga Meltdown DVD and love it. Need to try her 30 day shred. My favorite is , Coach Nichol's 28 day boot camp, and sculpting DVD.
*Do you know what diet you will follow? Found some recipes? Have you stocked up on the foods? I drink my home made veggie, fruits smoothie every morning. I do not have particular Diet to follow. I just needs to lean more about foods general. Especially, the healthy one. Today I went to the Book Exchange a used book store. And got " the new Mayo clinic cook book." It has many beautiful healthy foods recipe's, pictures and all the recipe come with nutrient info. I have no idea what's a Mayo clinic diet is but just like the cook book. Hopefully help me cook bunch of yummy healthy foods. (*^^*) I also got Susan Powter's books as well, yeah~ bit old but hey, it's a start. This book should teach me why choose healthy foods over Junks.

Not yet, I don't know yet, which team I am going to assign to. But when I found out I will be introducing myself to my new teammate true team thread and if I have question, I will ask my thread or SP mail.

Yes, here is my commitments to follow.
* Try to get my daily goal of walking 5 mile a day.
* Work harder for my Strength training.
* Drink lots of water!!
* Don't give in to whatever.
* Stop late night craving.
* No food at bed room.
* Do my very best for all.
***I think student is ready, and just waiting the bell to ring. This is my very first challenge what's so ever since I joined SP way back in time.. It's a time to "kick up a notch." Lol)) it's kind of feels bit nerves and excited same time. I hope I will do great.
