Found a page that tracked vitamin/mineral consumption vs MDR. I knew I would be below the suggested amounts, but I am *way* below; not good.

Will get multi-vitamins tomorrow and try to remember to take them with food. Might work better that way.

852 calories today, but since I can't exercise I need to keep it down to reach my goal.

    I supplement some things also, but keep in mind that not everything is required to be listed in the nutrition section of our foods. So some things you might actually be getting more than you think.
