I think that at the end of each month if I don't reach my goal I should re-evaluate and start over. I didn't hit or get anywhere near my weight loss goal for this month so tomorrow is a fresh start. I think I am going to go back and do fast break all over again too. I am not sure how I go about doing that so I'm going to have to find it, but I think this is what I need to do to gain back the momentum I have lost these last couple of days.
