Getting ready for Winter 5% Challenge

The Good: I am drinking water, especially at work. I have an exercise schedule (dd and I go to the YMCA Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and I walk on the weekends.)

The Not Good Yet: Tracking. I need to Track, yes, on weekends too.
