I hope I am not doing too many challenges. I am still working on the sleep challenge. This last weekend was my birthday and we did really well. Then Sunday night we stayed up to watch the Super Bowl and I didn't get as much sleep last night. I am going to go to bed earlier tonight. I am also going to try to do the sugar challenge because I love sugar too much and diabetes runs in my family. My plan it to replace a something sweet with something else. Hopefully I can do this.
