Just joined sugar challenge

I hope I am not doing too many challenges. I am still working on the sleep challenge. This last weekend was my birthday and we did really well. Then Sunday night we stayed up to watch the Super Bowl and I didn't get as much sleep last night. I am going to go to bed earlier tonight. I am also going to try to do the sugar challenge because I love sugar too much and diabetes runs in my family. My plan it to replace a something sweet with something else. Hopefully I can do this.

    Best wishes on all your challenges. I'm not a multi task er so need to work on one thing at a time but it seems they all have that dominoes effect...

    That challenge sounds interesting, I'll put that on my list of things to do next! I'm doing the Sleep Challenge and a Walk/Jog to 5K challenge - both are 4 weeks. I certainly need to do the Sweet Tooth Challenge too! I'm an addict!

    Welcome to the team! I'm only 5 days in, and I'm noticing that my sweet tooth isn't getting the better of me the way it used to. I still have a long way to go, but it's a great challenge! I wish you all the best with it!
