Doing Lousy This Week

Been over on calories 4 days straight......some days just a few over, other days----many over.

Did something today that I very seldom do and haven't done in a long long time--------stopped a Burger King and got one of those avocado and swiss sandwiches..........very good taste wise but NOT good calorie other food today was very healthy------oatmeal for breakfast, apple, celery, banana for snacks, and chicken with pasta for supper-----made from scratch so very low sodium...
