the end of January and so far February have just been awful. I'm completely off track on my diet, missed a crap ton of work and honestly im just bummed. About my whole life in general. Not sure where to start making the changes though. First step is get this diet back in order! I miss all my spark buddies and the feeling of accomplishment! and just feeling healthy!

just a quick little blog today. But back to the excercising tomorrow! yahoooo! ...And finally back to work now that my face isn't swollen like a balloon anymore! emoticon

    Don't get discouraged. If I have a bad week or day I usually start by drinking a lot of water to get back on track. Then I'll usually throw in salad/fresh veggies/fresh fruit into my next meal and take the rest of the day as it comes. Baby steps!
