bad weigh in but great day at gym

I weighed in for the first time in a month and have gained 7 pounda. On the lighter side I had a great time at the gym. 36 minutes on the lifecycle, while watch total recall, also had 7790 steps on my fitbit, 3 sets of 15 reps each on the leg extension.

    Well, I know you went through a rough time with your health and during that time we usually tend to eat comfort foods because of the worry and not feel strong. So, maybe when you get to feeling like your old self again everything will fall in place. It looks like you are on your way by spending time at the Gym. Good for you.
