I have been absent for so long it feels foreign to be on here again.
My husband and I have made some changes in our life. Starting with joining a gym. We mostly did it to be able to swim. He had back surgery in April and the doctor said swimming would be the best way for him to strengthen his back. So here we are. Both joining together and both of us on this journey again.
The last time I was on sparkpeople I was down 51lbs. I have gained about 20 back in the last year. There are lots of reasons and some I will go into later. But for now, I'm just glad to be back and taking care of myself.
Today was the first day of our plan. We managed to swim for 20 minutes. Holy crap swimming is hard :-) But it feels great!!
