Loving Myself Challenge: Day 18

today was a good day!
1. Did an INTENSE workout... Insanity Fit Test... 30 mins of intense interval training
2. I took a long nap. Had a migraine, fought it with sleep
3. I snacked on fruit. :)
4. I went grocery shopping for fruit after work... and
5. I bought myself a HALF DOZEN of roses... Just because.
-tracked my food and within limits too
Now, THAT'S what I call Self-Love! Why wait for someone else to buy you Roses (Although, that is nice too of course.) I still have a big reason to smile... I think they are so pretty!
