Well, I am over on my calories for today(Monday). I guess it could have been worse.

I have really got to get a handle on the craving for chips.

Even with these problems I am still eating less and exercising more that I was 3 weeks ago before I started.

So, I'll take it and do better tomorrow.

    Chips are a trigger food for me, too. We went out for Mexican food the other night and I made sure the chips were way at the other end of the table. I knew if I ate one, I would eat the whole basket.

    I know what you mean--I have certain trigger foods that I just can't even have in the house and chips is one of them! Keep pushing--you'll get there. emoticon
