So far so good with these abs and jacks challenges although I admit I am feeling sore in my legs and abs. Here is a summary of today's workout:
I completed and tracked 4 cardio exercises and 7 strength exercises at http://www.sparkpeople.com/ - 20 minutes Elliptical Machine, 329 calories burned, 1 minutes Jumping Jacks - vigorous, 14 calories burned, 30 minutes Walking: 4 mph (15 minutes per mile), 240 calories burned, 1 minutes Power Jacks, 25 calories burned; Biceps Curls on Cable Cross Machine, Back Extension, Abdominal Crunch Machine, Leg Raises on Captains Chair, Plank, Pushups, Stretching / Flexibility Training (general)
