Marvelous Monday

Oops, I overslept this morning so I didn't get to exercise before work. I did however park far away from the church and on the 4th deck of the parking garage. So I walked quite a "few" steps plus climbed a lot of stairs.

I did make it to water aerobics this evening. My bags are packed (and my alarm clock set) for muscle lifting class in the morning. I talked with a member of the class who said the instructor did a circuit training last week and plans to repeat it this week! Yes!
