I have tried to lose weight many times before and my biggest problems is stress eating. I have grown a little with this but this time Subway is my friend. Sometimes I do get so stress out and tired that I dont feel like cooking. Before if I was stressed, I would get something greasy and a coke on the side! Now if I get the same feelings, I run to Subway. It's very hard for me to sabotage myself there. Learning new tips to survive and win this journey everyday. I have to do what works for me!
