I'm Back ~ Sort Of

I'm back after having the flu for about 3 weeks as well as TOM & his Aunt Flo. Let me tell you, having those two things together really knocks you off your feet. Plus, I've got a blog (which I haven't written on either for about the same time as I've not been on here either) on blogger.com & nobody has read any of them. Not only SP, but anyone. That's disheartening. I'm thinking about shutting the blog down because apparently my talents do not lie in writing interesting things. I would like to make it as interesting as MRSNOTABOUTTHEFACE's blog at successalongtheweigh.blogspot.
com, but I'm not her & I don't have her talent for interesting writing.

So because of the flu & feeling down about blogging, writing in my diary (which I haven't done since I've been sick) or blogging here, I've been on a Spark break (again) which means I haven't exercised since the first of the year or even tried to eat right. I know they say (& I've said it myself) to get back on the wagon the minute you fall off, but the wagon's done left me behind. So I'm going to give myself this week to catch up to the wagon & next Sunday, I'll hop back on.

Now, I'm going to write a separate blog about a small epiphany I had this afternoon.

    Thanks for writing! Don't stop writing because no one has read your blog - write because you just love to write! One day people will read it and you'll be happier for it. January is cold, and getting sick is no fun - so don't be too hard on yourself. I just wrote a blog this week about "What To Do When You Have The Flu" which should encourage you a little. Keep up with your SP food and when you're back to feeling yourself, you'll get back to the exercise. Take care of you emoticon

  You can do it! I've just got back to the office and gym after working from home on & off for two weeks. This flu combo stomach thing is BAD!
