Day 35 Tired tired tired

Food - good
Fitness - OK, not as much as I'd have liked, and I sat too much at work.

Being out of my main office for a week has left me a backlog of small time-consuming odds and ends to catch up on. Forgot to take my breaks today, and it was lunchtime before I knew it.

Off to bed. emoticon emoticonto all my emoticons.

    One thing I NEVER missed at work, was my break. I think
it gives you a break, relieves stress, clears your mind and
helps you to focus when you go back.

I was very strick about taking my breaks.
