It's amazing when you are on a roll, how you just keep tweaking along. Looking back at January, hubby lost 18 lbs! Woohoo, congratulations to him. I am so proud of him. I lost 4 lbs. I am thrilled that I did well through the holidays and we managed to get on track nutritionally in a team effort.
Looking ahead my goals this month are consistency with exercise. We are working on strength training MWF. I am planning to also go to the gym MWF for interval training on the treadmill. On T&Th I am planning to walk the bridge. There is a Bridge Walk scheduled for Feb 16th and I've committed to attending.
Also my daughter is starting to run with a running club that meets on Wed so I may sneak in an extra walk on Wed nights when I'm out there with her. It feels good to write my plan down. I encourage you to do so too.
