Day #1 Clean Eating Accomplished

Today was Day #1 of Eating Clean! I did quite well. Since today was a rest day, I ate toward the low end of my calorie intake. Along with eating clean, I'm going to attempt zig zagging my calories. When I'm on my rest day, I will eat on my low end. When I'm doing both Les Mills' Combat and ChaLean Extreme, I will be eating on the high end of my calorie intake. When I just do cardio, I will be eating in the middle! Working out is not really a problem for me, because I love to workout! But, I just want to eat better. Again, my body is not a waste basket, it's a temple!
I'm striving for continual progress in order to earn the body I want! I will eat cleanly. I will move my body, even on my rest days. For example, I'm still doing my mini-challenge, which is 10 squats, 10 lunges per leg and now I added 10 wall push-ups! Additionally, Tosca Reno recommended drinking 2-3 liters of water. For the past 2 weeks, I have been drinking 3 liters throughout my day! With all of that water, it makes my mini-challenge easy to do when I go to the restroom.
I will be disciplined during this Clean Eating Challenge! I will make no excuses, I will continue to make progress! I can do this!
