Turning the day around

Started off with a rough day. But after some rest, taking easy and eating small, and frequent meals, my calories are under control. I haven't been doing too well with the activity level lately. I've been too tired lately. Did a little bit of yoga, that's about it. I can't do too much. I do the walking when I have the energy. I hate seeing my fitness minutes go down so much, but I only have so much energy unfortunately.

Back to baby minutes. 5 here, 10 there, ect ect... I did my yoga :) That's good. I'll try my strength training in a bit :)

    Quit stressing and being so hard on yourself. You are going through one of the BIGGEST life changes a woman can experience. Things have to be DIFFERENT.

    The little ten minutes will add up and you're fine. This is the season to be tired so don't get too concerned with that. emoticon
