Started off with a rough day. But after some rest, taking easy and eating small, and frequent meals, my calories are under control. I haven't been doing too well with the activity level lately. I've been too tired lately. Did a little bit of yoga, that's about it. I can't do too much. I do the walking when I have the energy. I hate seeing my fitness minutes go down so much, but I only have so much energy unfortunately.
Back to baby minutes. 5 here, 10 there, ect ect... I did my yoga :) That's good. I'll try my strength training in a bit :)
