My next goal...750 fitness minutes per month

Actually, my goal is 1000 fitness minutes per month. But my knees/back are still a bit of a challenge, so I am shooting for 750 fitness minutes per month as an interim goal.
I was kind of discouraged...I was really hungry and snacked a bit more than I had intended on almonds and cheese...about an ounce of almonds and about 2 ounces of cheese...still came in at the high end of my calorie range though.
