Spring Healthy Living Challenge - Week 1 (Goal Setting)

I have been struggling since the Holidays (partly from holiday stuff, but also some personal matters) and have lost focus on my healthy lifestyle. I have decided to join the Healthy Living Challenge for Spring to get back on track. Our Week 1 challenge is to work on Goal Setting for the 8 week challenge. Here is what I have come up with.
1. What are your goals for this challenge? What do you want to accomplish (doesn't specifically have to be weight related) over these next 8 weeks?
Overall, I would like to work on CONSISTENCY! I struggle with this, and know that I need to be consistent in order to reach my goals. Specifically, my goals for this challenge are:
Goal #1 - Finish this challenge! I know that seems silly, but it will be a huge accomplishment for me to be consistent and just finish the challenge.
Goal #2 - Exercise 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week - CONSISTENTLY!
Goal #3 - Abstain from all fast food (no drive-thrus!) & real sodas (diet drinks are okay) during the 8 week challenge.
Goal #4 - I would like to lose 15 pounds by the end of this challenge, bringing me to 265.
2. How will you go about reaching those goals and work toward those accomplishments? What do you need to do to make them happen?
To reach these goals, I am going to consistently log into SparkPeople every day, and check in with my Shamrocks team on the HLC board. I am going to make exercise a priority in my day, and do activity that I enjoy. I am going to work on my environment and work on my emotional eating triggers to keep me from caving into the fast food and real sodas. Overall, I am going to work towards being consistent with my healthy lifestyle in order to reach my goals.
