January was a good month. Though I was sick for one week, and didn't work out another week because I was too busy - I still lost 3 pounds! My goal of 6 pounds wasn't met - but I'm still proud of my progress.
So here are my updated goals:

January 2013: - 3 pounds DONE
February 2013: - 5 pounds
March 2013: - 5 pounds
April 2013: - 5 pounds
May 2013: -4 pounds
June 2013: -4 pounds
July 2013: -2 pounds
August 2013: -2 pounds
