Despite what the scale says, I know I am healthier for the following reasons:
I'm excited about doing a 5k
I look a little more forward to working out
I make a smoothie daily without thinking about it, it's just part of my life.
I am happy making the smoothie knowing I'm getting 8-10 servings of veggies in the day as well as 8 cups of water.
I have more energy
My mood is more positive
I have way more good days than bad days
I can tell I've been working out based on how my body responds to things
My husband complimented my body the other day, said he could tell.
