I made it thanks for all the support. I did my weigh out on Dietbet today I not only made it to my 4% goal I beat it by 1.3lbs ironic huh. The same amount I was stuck at is the amount I surpassed it by. Anyway this is not the end for me. I am determined to get back into a healthy weight range get toned and eventually I want to help other on this lifelong journey of fitness. I haven't been this close to being out of the 190's in a while I am 192.2lbs when I leave 190 ville I am not turning back.
Zuumba absolutely rocked tonight I think I am finally mastering the routines for the monday night class. Now Tuesday's class is a whole other beast but I will learn them to hopefully before they switch up.
Just also started this Chalean Extreme/Insanity/Turbo Fire Hybrid I am taking my time with this one so as to not burn myself out.
Squats are a killer and so are a killer but tey are so good for me so I am going to stick with them.

I don't know if the pictures show much of a difference but I suure can see it and I definitely can feel a difference. People are starting to notice and inquiring as to what "program I am on" I simply tell the the get off my @$$ and eat healthier plan.I'm also gradually increasing my water intake daily my goal is to get up to a gallon a day.
So to any and all that may be reading my blog don't give up keep going it is a lifestyle change because diets do not work as they are not sustainable long term. Let's change the world one pound at a time.
