I just want to say this out loud...
I JUST RAN TWO MILES WITHOUT STOPPING IN 18 MINUTES!!!
I never thought I would be able to say that! I know that is not that fast... but I did not stop once! My endurance was off the charts today! I came home after an extremely long and irritating day at work and did my Insanity workout. Today is the "recovery" week. I had a hard time doing some of the exercises in the video because of my shoulders hurting. As long as I don't put them over my head I am fine (crossing my fingers they don't hurt tomorrow). So I didn't get that great of a workout. So I decided to go for a walk. As I was walking out of the house I decided I was going to try to run some. Now before Insanity I was jogging/walking almost everyday. I would run just a little have to stop, repeat. So in the past month Insanity has really really helped with my endurance and over all strength. I am sitting here writing this dripping in sweat astonished that I actually did it!!
This was the Monday Motivation on the Insanity Facebook page and it rang true for me today.
