Back to the routine...after my weekend.

My weekend was very challenging. Saturday weighed in with a gain and then went to my father in law's 70th b'day party. There was a lot of food there and of course I ate. I didn't keep track of my calories, but I do know I ate more than what I should and not to mention my family and I went out to dinner that night. Then Superbowl Sunday we had some food at the house, I did better on the eating, however the food that I ate was not the healthiest so therefore I know I went over my calories and I did not keep track of my calories either. So pretty much my weekend was not a very good one "health" wise.
So today, hubby and I spent some time together. I took the day off from work and we went to the Under Armour store! We bought new workout gear and I splurged on my sports bra, some new shoes, tights, and I bought some shirts. This time I bought women's shirts that were XL. I used to buy men's shirts there because I thought the women's would not fit me. But this time I said to myself I don't care if the women's shirts are tight and my belly is going to show, at least I can shrink in them. When I tried it on when I got home, they fit me just fine and with some room to spare! I'm so happy that all the workout clothes I'm wearing right now at this moment is all made for WOMEN and not MEN! lol I had a very nice time with hubby. After shopping we went to lunch at UNO's. I did pretty good ate some soup and chicken fingers with no fries. I ate a healthy breakfast today of oatmeal. I also had one slice of his pizza. I'm still within my calories today so yay! I also exercised and I feel awesome! Oh did I mention I took a nap when we got home today so I feel extra refreshed and then I worked out.
