This is for our weekend challenge. I do not like to write blogs and this is the first real one.
I usually try to eat a snack (usually some fruit) before I leave work so I am not starving when I get home. I was very busy at work this afternoon and actually ended up staying late and was unable to eat my snack. So when I arrived home about 2 hours later than normal, I knew I was in trouble. The first place I went was the snack drawer. (I don’t buy the snacks. My DS and his girlfriend buy them.) I looked in the drawer and thought to myself I need to be good. I closed the drawer and went to the fridge to get a nice crisp Granny Smith apple before starting dinner. It tasted great and satisfied me so that I didn’t sneak bites while making dinner
